Terms, pending counsel.

This page is a placeholder so members can see the commercial shape of the desk. It is not a finished legal agreement and it is not legal advice.

Membership is for companies the desk has verified. Listing is free. TradeNexusMarket introduces the match and stays in the deal. TradeNexusMarket charges a commission to both buyer and seller from each closed deal. Commodity payments between buyer and seller happen outside the platform.

Members do not exchange direct contacts before the desk approves a match. The desk may refuse, block, or remove a company or a listing, including where a member is reported as fake.

Replace this text with counsel-approved terms before relying on it with customers.
